Episode 36: Jennifer Brown: All leaders must first ask do I have the will to change

It's time we all step back and take a breath. For anything, maybe we need to ask, "do we have the will to change?" Change is hard, and it can be exhausting, and that's why dieting is so darn hard. Building and sustaining high-performance inclusive cultures takes more than a plan on how and what to change. It takes a strong, enduring will to change. If 2020 hasn't taught us anything, it should have taught us about fatigue and what it does to our ability to do what's right.
